We have an in-house mental health support worker called Sarah. She is able to deal with a range of different issues for patients 16 years and over. Your first appointment will usually be a longer appointment, Sarah is able to liaise with the GP in regards to sick certificates or medication but usually the GP will very rarely prescribe medication in the 1st appointment. See below list of conditions Sarah can deal with:

  • Low mood
  • Anxiety
  • Sleeping Problems/Struggling to sleep
  • Panic Attacks
  • Bereavement
  • Gambling Issues
  • General Worry
  • Depression
