We no longer accept prescription requests over the telephone. You have 4 options:
- Post your written prescription request to the surgery address or through the post box at the surgery entrance.
- Download NHS App and request your medication (you will need patient access to link your account the the surgery)
- Order your repeat medications online through patient access. If you have not registered for patient access you can do so by speaking with one of our reception team, who will then issue you with the relevant documentation to get you started on the system. See link for more info:

When ordering your repeat prescription through patient access you can ONLY order repeats. Please note any other messages/requests will not be seen or actioned.
Please allow 3 working days for your prescription to be issued by your doctor and sent to the pharmacy. After this the processing time will depend on your chosen pharmacy and is usually 7 working days.
You can collect your prescription from reception or one of the local pharmacies if you let us know your pharmacy of choice.
